Submission

Submission Guidelines

Submissions to G3S’25 must present original, significant, and unpublished research. The work must not be under consideration elsewhere and must not have been previously published, except as a non-peer-reviewed preprint. By submitting to G3S, authors confirm the originality of their work and agree not to submit the manuscript elsewhere during the review process.

Authors are invited to submit papers written in English and formatted according to Springer’s official templates for conference proceedings (available in LaTeX and MS Word). Submissions must be between 12 and 16 pages, including references and appendices. Springer encourages authors to include their ORCIDs in their papers.

In addition, the corresponding author of each accepted paper, acting on behalf of all of the authors of that paper, must complete and sign a License to Publish form, through which the copyright for their paper is transferred to Springer. The form is available here: License to Publish Proceedings Papers (PDF)

Before submitting, authors are also invited to carefully read the following documents:

  • Instructions for Authors of Papers to be Published in Springer Computer Science Proceedings (PDF)
  • Book Authors’ Code of Conduct

Proceedings

G3S’25 proceedings will be published with Springer in their Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) series. The proceedings of G3S previous editions have been published with Springer series.

Important Requirements

All submitted papers must strictly adhere to the official CCIS template and respect the required page limits. Submissions that do not comply with these formatting guidelines, or that are clearly outside the scope of the conference, will be rejected without review. For each accepted paper, at least one of the authors is required to register for the conference and present the work during the event. Please note that, once a paper is accepted, no changes to the list of authors will be permitted.

Submission Process

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.

All submissions are handled through the Microsoft CMTat:
