Dr. Mohamed Kayyali Certified in Innovation Management from Harvard Business School (HBS), holds a PhD from WCU and was a visiting researcher at the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB) within the Image Processing Laboratories under U.S. Defense-funded R&D projects. He serves as an IEEE Industrial Officer and is a Chartered Fellow and ELITE member of the British Computer Society (BCS). In 2013, he was awarded the title of Chartered Scientist by Queen Elizabeth II, and his biography is featured in Who’s Who in Science and Engineering. Dr. Kayyali is the author of five indexed books in computer science, IoT, and healthcare, all registered in the Library of Congress (USA), and he has developed a patented theory in image processing alongside numerous journal and conference publications.
A prominent international keynote speaker for the United Nations, IEEE, and the European Union, he has also advised multiple organizations across the USA, the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Latin America, and the Arab League, as well as serving as an invited adviser to ministries of investment and defense in various regions. Currently, he is the CEO and co-founder of 4D Business Consulting, a multinational advisory firm operating in the USA, Spain, Jordan, and Morocco; President of the International Federation of Global ICT (IFGICT), a U.S.-based organization partnering with ITU, IEEE, and the UN; Founder of KSF Space, a non-profit U.S. space foundation; Founder of Time Business News and DNBC.TV, both media ventures based in the USA; and Co-founder of IUEE University.
