The work must not be under consideration elsewhere and must not have been previously published, except as a non-peer-reviewed preprint. By submitting to G3S, authors confirm the originality of their work and agree not to submit the manuscript elsewhere during the review process.
All submissions must be written in English and submitted electronically in PDF format. Papers must follow the official Springer templates (LaTeX or MS Word). Authors are encouraged to consult instructions for proceedings authors and include their ORCIDidentifiers in the manuscript.
Papers will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Originality and novelty
- Technical soundness
- Relevance to the conference topics
- Significance of contributions
- Clarity and quality of presentation
- Potential interest to G3S attendees
Each submission will undergo a rigorous peer-review process conducted by international program committee to ensure high academic and technical quality.
Accepted papers will be selected for oral or poster presentation based on the recommendations of the reviewers and the nature of the contribution.
The two main categories of submissions are:
- Full Papers: 13–18 pages
- Short Papers: 8–11 pages
Upon acceptance, the corresponding author must complete and sign the Springer Consent-to-Publish form on behalf of all authors. The corresponding author listed in the submission must match the one signing the copyrightagreement.
Please note: no changes to the list or order of authors can be made after final submission to Springer.
All accepted and presented papers will be published in the Springer’s CCIS (Communications in Computer and Information Science) series standards, which is indexed in Scopus, DBLP, SpringerLink, and other major databases.
