Submission & Publication
G3S'26 accepts original, unpublished research papers written in English. Submissions must not be under review elsewhere. Papers should align with one of the three scientific tracks:
- Intelligent Models and Smart Decision Systems
- Connected Intelligence and Distributed Architectures
- Secure, Trusted, and Data-Driven Ecosystems
Papers should be between 12 and 16 pages including references and appendices. Extra pages are billed separately according to the registration fees ($10 early / $15 late per extra page).
Submissions are managed through the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT). Prepare your manuscript using the Springer LNCS/CCIS LaTeX or Word template, then upload it via the CMT portal linked on the submission page.
All submissions must strictly follow Springer’s LNCS/CCIS formatting guidelines. Templates are available on the Springer author guidelines page. Final camera-ready versions also require a signed Consent-to-Publish form.
Accepted and presented papers will be published in Springer’s Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) series. CCIS is indexed in Scopus, DBLP, Google Scholar, EI-Compendex, Mathematical Reviews, SCImago, and volumes are submitted for ISI Proceedings (Web of Science).
No. No changes in authorship or paper content are allowed after the final camera-ready version is submitted. Only presented papers (orally or via poster) are eligible for inclusion in the proceedings.
